Sheikh Imam Al-Alam, the scholar, Shams al-Din Abu Abdullah, Muhammad ibn Qasim al-Shafi’i - may God bless him with his mercy and his pleasure, Amen: Praise be to God, blessed by the opening of the book, because it is the beginning of every significant matter, and the conclusion of every prayer is answered, and the last claim of believers in Paradise, the House of Reward ; His grace is that the one who wants from his servants to reconcile with religion is reconciled according to his will.
And I pray and greet the best of his creation, Muhammad Syed Mursalin, who said: “Whoever desires God with good will give him knowledge in religion.” And his family and his companions for the duration of the remembrance of the remembrance and the forgetfulness of the heedless.And yet; This is a very short and polite book, and I put it on the book called “Approximation” for the needy beginners of the branches of Sharia and religion to use, and to be a way to save me on the Day of Judgment, and for the benefit of His Muslim servants; He hears the supplication of His servants, and a near relative, and whoever intends not to be disappointed.
{And when My servants ask about me, I am close to the supplication of the supplicant when he invites) [Al-Baqarah: 186].Know that there are in some copies of this book other than his sermon, sometimes calling it “approximation”, and sometimes as “very short”; That is why I called it with two names: one of which was "Opening the near relative in explaining the terms of approximation," and the second is "The chosen saying in explaining the purpose of the abbreviation."
